Registration Code Request Tool
You've likely landed at this tool due to one of the following circumstances:
- You've forgotten or lost an unlock code for a Codejedi product
- You've changed your Palm OS Hotsync ID and thus your existing code
no-longer works
- You've acquired a different device and are moving from your old
device and in doing so used a different Hotsync ID
- You've made an order but never received the registration code (ie: Reply
was eaten by anti-virus, ISP problems, or other weirdness.)
Remember: One purchase permits only one device. If you bought a
second device (and continue to use the previous device, for example) then
you must purchase a second license!
This tool will help you to request a new registration code for a given
purchase.
Step One - Locate your purchase
Please enter the original email address that you
ordered with; since email addresses change commonly and there is no way for
us to know that event, we cannot work with your current email address. As such,
we only track by your order's email address -- this might be years ago for
very old orders, so you may need to try multiple old email addresses in
order to find the purchase.
